The short version

We only collect what you send us through our contact form. We use it to answer you. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your message, and the page you sent it from. Our spam check also sees your IP address.

We don't set cookies, and we don't track you around the web.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to quote work you ask about, and to keep a record of what we agreed. If you tick "Send a copy to my email", we also send you a copy of your own message.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the spam check (Turnstile) that keeps bots out of our inbox.
• Zoho delivers the email and holds our mailbox. Their sending service keeps message content for up to 60 days.

Both work for us and cannot use your information for their own purposes. Nobody else gets it, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox for up to 24 months, unless you become a client, in which case we keep the project record for as long as we work together and for 7 years afterwards for tax and legal reasons.

Your choices

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (615) 356-3884, and we'll answer within 30 days.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and does not identify you, so this site needs no cookie banner.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect anything from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
