I scheduled to come in for help with a pegged CPU on a pretty new Dell laptop. I told them what I was experiencing, the steps I'd already taken. He suggested what I should do next and what he'd charge to do the work. Then he suggested I could do it myself. I offered to pay him for his consultation and he refused. I recommend Micom without reservation. My all-in-one Dell Inspiron failed to start. Dell diagnostics stated that the hard drive had failed and no replacement was available. The guys at Micom were able to install a new solid state drive and were able to recover all the data from the failed drive. The computer works beautifully and is much faster than it was before. Thank you Micom.

I had some PC issues which i couldn't figure out by myself and called them up this morning. I wanted to get my custom PC diagnosed to see what was going on and why it wasn't turning on. This dude is legit, He's super nice and courteous and highly knowledgable. He fixed the problem, even arranged all my cables, pointed out what the issue was. Overall excellent work. I highly recommend this place for any computer needs. They know what they are doing. Thanks a ton guys !!

This is presently my favorite place in the whole world. I highly recommend them. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and very reliable when you need them. The cost was very reasonable and I didn't have to go through long waits from the shipping process because these guys will have it ready for pickup in no time, and they do just as good job as if your sending back to the manufacturer. The experienced workers know what they are doing and seem to have a vast knowledge on what they do. And they do it well. I highly recommend you check this place out!!!!

I have an old iMac that suddenly stopped working & I called many places to help reinstall the system but they told me to buy a new computer instead of fixing it. I called Micom Systems & the gentleman never tried to sell me a new one, he helped me completely. To the gentleman, thank you very much. I urge others to come to Micom Systems for help.

Came to Micom bc our keyboard was not working. Ayman took a look and did a reboot and got it working. He was so kind he got us working at no charge. We will definitely be back for future service.

These guys are great. I was troubleshooting an issue with faulty components on a PC build and had run into a wall. I called these guys up, took my machine over, and was up and running in just a few minutes. They had the part I needed and helped me troubleshoot. They were nice and easy to work with too. I'll be back.

I have been a customer for at least 15 years and have bought computers, monitors, peripherals, etc. I have always felt that I was treated fairly and that Micom's prices were reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable and they can fix your equipment, something the big box stores usually can't provide.

Ayman was super helpful in finding a screw I needed for an SSD upgrade I was doing on my Dell xps 15 9550 laptop. If you need help upgrading, repairing or even building a PC, I'd recommend Micom. Service is solid.

Purchased a laptop, there and also have had a few repairs done at the shop. They are cheaper than best buy and any big retail store like Wal-Mart. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with the company. Great Job Guys!

I've been an old customer at this store for a few years now and I've been happy with the overall service here. Most of my laptops have came from this store and lasted me over the years with pretty solid prices I would often take over other stores both online and offline.

Just got tons of help picking out components for my son to build a gaming computer this summer. They checked to make sure the important stuff all worked before we left. It seems to be the type of place I could hang out and talk computers, and get lots of help.

Really helped me out last minute to close. Assisted me effortlessly with 10 minutes left till close. Ayman was super kind and helpful.
Definitely coming back if I need a new laptop or repair.
